Feeding South Florida
Since 2010, Feeding South Florida programs have seen an increase in reliance on the programs offered by almost 40%, in particular, emergency food programs. SNAP funds, the national food assistance program, are not able to be used for non-food items such as soap and personal hygiene products. Because of this, and because many people donating to food banks don't think to bring non-food items to a food bank, there is a major need for non-food items at these organizations! Your purchases are impacting people here in the US who are in real need of personal care items with few places to go to get them!
